This resonated with me and my hubby. we are 53 and 50 and we have the aches and pains that remove certain exercises from the program. But we have always enjoyed working out ad we still do. Less so at the gym, trying to get outdoors more often to shake it up and keep it interesting. Enjoy biking with your son. That alone is all kinds of good for you and him.
